Ashley is a very proud mother of 2 boys, and 1 pup. Her and the family are very active with a love of all things outdoors, camping, canoeing, hiking and scouting!
She has been a registered massage therapist since 2009 and has been with Gardiner Chiropractic and wellness since 2015.
She is motivated to help her clients achieve a higher level of health through therapeutic touch. Whether a client has a specific impairment, is training for a sporting event, or is looking to improve their overall health. She has the knowledge and techniques to help them live their best lives. Elizabeth Thai, RMT

Originally, homegrown in beautiful BC, Elizabeth moved to Stoney Creek to further her Kinesiology education with Massage Therapy. Committed to creating change, her philosophy is focused on treatment within the context of movement and education. Elizabeth graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and completed her Diploma in Massage Therapy at the Ontario College of Health and Technology. Elizabeth is also a graduate from the McMaster University Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program. Included in her toolkit are dry cupping, acupuncture, and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization. Outside of work, Elizabeth endeavours to stay engaged. While she spent her past life chasing marathons, she now enjoys yoga and going to the gym. To stay grounded, Elizabeth practices daily meditation.

Massage Therapy is a hands-on manipulation of the soft tissue of the body, specifically the muscles, connective tissues, tendons, ligaments, and joints. A Massage Therapy treatment has a therapeutic effect on the body and improves health and well-being by acting on all the systems in your body-specifically the muscular, nervous, and circulatory systems.
